Atilla Genç

Mr.Atilla Genç is the founding member of A&G Global Financing. He started his professional banking career at Dışbank A.Ş. in 1989, gained        experiences at different departments till the end of 1994. He was then appointed to Kentbank A.Ş. to a managerial position.

During his management at Kentbank, he was selected as the "TheYoungest Rising Banker Of the Year" by the U.S. Government in 1996, for the successful banking projects he had created for the U.S. Air Force. As a result of his successful banking operations for the U.S. Air Force, he was invited to USA for an international financial training programme by the U.S. Government. These successful operations made also Kentbank receive "The Best Banking Award" from the U.S. Air Force.

Mr. Genç, then managed Toprakbank A.Ş. Adana Branch in 1997 and as a result of his successful management, he was promoted to the Toprakbank Head Office in 1998 as Project Financing & Marketing Department Group Manager. During this period, he carried out several successful projects especially on marine sector as  well as the others.

Mr Genç's managerial career continued as Department Group Director in charge of all sectors such as Corporate Loans, Project Financing and Marketing as of 2000. During these periods, he gained vast crucial experiences about loans and risk management as being the part of different commitees. He put an end to his banking career at the end of 2002 and established A&G Global Financing in 2003 which he owned.

Mr Genç, now acts as an international financial advisor and gives lectures about Marine Credits and Project Financing at many banks.  He also takes place as conferencier at international conferences sharing his experiences about Marine Credits.
